Provisioning Analyst - Onsite Team Lead

A Provisioning Analyst position is currently available at Belcan in Tukwila, WA. This is a direct, full-time position with benefits. To be considered for this role, you will need a Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in a technical area, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Also, a depth some knowledge with respect to provisioning within the Aerospace industry.

Job Duties:
* Candidates will be directly coordinating a large effort between a team of individuals performing provisioning for an airframe and the customer. Knowledge of performing within the SLIC environment and the loading data requirements for loading large amounts of data into SLIC will be required in accordance with MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B.
* Candidates will also be required to interpret the requirements and flow it to a team of individuals in a concise and effective manner.

Required:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in the aerospace industry, preferrably with provisioning data or configuration management.
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution.
* Candidate must have experience working with large amounts of data in a team environment demonstrating quality metrics.
* Must have very good communication skills, good problem solving skills in a leadership capacity.
* Extensive Microsoft Office Suite experience, esp. Microsoft Excel.
* Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.

Preferred:
*SLIC and other provisioning database experience a plus

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering an hourly rate of $93,600r to $124,800 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
