Position Overview:
The training coordinator assists in the leadership, administration and coordination of the plant"s training and employee resource programs and processes to assure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of the workforce in support of the business strategic plans and the pursuit of business excellence.
In this position you will:
* Track training for EHS, Quality, Operations and HR to ensure compliance with internal procedures, OPA, ISO requirements (14001 & 9001), and the Client Values and Philosophy.
* Develop digital/online tracking of training requirements (LMS & Client University)
* Supports in the development of training and knowledge materials via books, videos, or any other mechanism for delivering information.
* Support new hire training, PIV hands on training, and crane/hoist hands on training, which includes maintaining all training documents, training new hires, and any re-training that may be required. Ensure our program adheres to Client"s MESH program.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure training materials are effective and relevant.
* Maintain group"s cross-training matrix(ces)
* Provide training to both individuals and groups as needed.
* Complete special training projects as needed.
* Other duties as assigned
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
* High School Diploma
* Minimum 1 years in manufacturing
* Must be proficient and have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Some college level courses preferred.
* Some knowledge with Power automate (PowerBI and related systems)
* Previous experience in training,
* Experience using augmented reality, or other software programs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
