How You'll Make an Impact

• Gain handson experience supporting weld engineering and automation projects
• Learn through realworld tasks and mentorship from experienced engineers
• Assist with lab work, testing, and documentation in a timely and thorough manner
• Collaborate with crossfunctional team members on active projects
• Learn and apply basic programming and technical skills related to welding and automation
• Take on a variety of assignments that support your development and the team's goals
• Build confidence as you grow your technical and professional skill set

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current enrollment in an accredited engineering program (welding, mechanical, controls, or related discipline)
• Basic proficiency or exposure to CAD and GD&T
• Interest in welding, automation, controls, or mechanical design
• Exposure to robotic programming and basic weld inspection concepts preferred
• Strong willingness to learn, stay on task, and manage time with guidance
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
