An exciting opportunity exists at Barnes Aerospace for a Technical Training Specialist to support the Senior Manager, Technical Training and Apprenticeships. This role is critical to aid in the development and roll-out of the new Technical Training Program (TTP) at Barnes Aerospace. The Technical Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and documenting the procedures required to train new and existing employees in various departments throughout the production floor to support departmental training efforts and program goals. This position initially focuses on material development, although there is potential to become involved in the implementation and delivery of the hands-on training in the future. *This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of an extension. * Core Responsibilities:
