Communications Operator - PBX Call Center

Summary:

Answers all incoming calls and transfers calls to appropriate department. Supplies information to callers and keeps a record of calls placed. May perform clerical duties, receive visitors, and schedule appointments

Responsibilities:

• Greets, directs and assists incoming phone calls and visitors with courtesy

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
