Looking for a local CDL driver job with steady pay and short routes? We're hiring CDL A Yard Drivers in Florence who know how to keep freight rolling. The best part? Your route involves using a yard truck to spot dry-van trailers. You'll move material among 3 facilities that are across the street from each other! What It Takes to Roll With Us: Certified: Valid CDL Class A license and DOT Medical Card. Cleared: FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR. Solid driving record: No more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents or a combination within the past 3 years No DUI's/reckless driving/or other serious driving violations in the past 5 years Seasoned driver: 1 year or more of hands-on CDL experience (within the past 3 years). Safety smart: You live by DOT regs and daily inspections. Adaptable: Able to lift, secure, and haul up to 50 lbs as you'll also assist in the warehouse as needed. Dependable drive: On time, on point, no shortcuts. How You'll Roll Inspect, load, and get your rig road-ready (Mostly) No-Touch freight Deliveries are drop & hook. You'll leave it in its spot and head out!
