Clinical Research Coordinator 1

Inova Fairfax Research Center - OBGYN team is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator 1 to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday - Friday, Day shift.

Clinical Research Coordinator 1 Job Responsibilities:

• Explains the investigational products development process and identify key regulations to control these processes.

• Identifies and explains key protocol elements and performs study tasks under direct supervision.

• Explains the variety of communication channels, roles and relationships and outlets for study results that impact the conduct of clinical research.

• Explains the importance of professional conduct and describe leadership principles that impact the effective operation of an investigative site.

• Explains and performs study operational activities in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and non-GCP related study management activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree.

• Experience: One (1) year clinical research experience or Two (2) years clinical experience with Associate degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
