Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the quality control program for Army Reserve facility operations and maintenance support. This role ensures compliance with contract requirements, conducts inspections, and identifies opportunities for improvement. The QCM will work closely with the Program Manager, project teams, and Government stakeholders to ensure high standards of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills



  • Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in quality control management
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make timely decisions to resolve issues
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate organizational and operational problems and develop practical, cost-effective solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conducting meetings, preparing reports, and engaging with stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively manage a quality control program in a dynamic, multi-site environment



Preferred Experience & Skills



  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in quality assurance/quality control within facilities operations, maintenance, or construction
  • Familiarity with Army or DoD facility management systems and reporting tools such as CSS, ISR, or EPAS
  • Prior experience supporting government contracts and working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001:2015 Requirements)



Required Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant quality management experience



Preferred Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in quality assurance or project management considered a plus
