Responsibilities/ Accountabilities



The purpose of this role is toassistin packaging manufactured Dry Powder Inhalation (DPI) products in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.





  • Package pharmaceutical products per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies & procedures in compliance with specifications and regulationsestablishedfor packaging process.






  • Operate automatic filling, labeling, and sealing equipment.






  • Perform cleaning of the packaging room and equipment.






  • cGMP/Documentation: Performall functions according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).






  • Accurately and legibly document inapplicableLogbooks






  • Determinewhen to stop a line related to safety or quality.






  • Operate automatic packaging equipment.






  • Document packaging activities.






  • Feedfilling equipment.






  • Palletize finished products.






  • Segregate wasteproductsand materials.






  • Return unused material/product.






  • Participate in safety related programsand orsafety teams as needed.






  • Reconcile product bulk, material,packaging,and printed materials.






  • Enforce and follow safety regulations and ensurethe workingarea is clean.






  • Transport and stage packaging materials (e.g., bottles, labels, cartons, bulk) for production use.






  • Verify material quantities and lot numbers against batch records and documentation.






  • Maintainaccurateinventory records and perform routine cycle counts.






  • Assistin line clearance and post-production material reconciliation.






  • Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.






  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.






  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to resolve material issues.






  • Support cleaning and sanitization of packaging areas.






  • Other duties as assigned.





Education& Experience





  • HS Diploma or equivalent






  • Preferred 2-3 years of packaging operator experience in an automated work environment preferred.(II)






  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Packaging Area Standard Operating Procedures and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations






  • Must be able to clearly communicate in English (verbal and written).





Physical Requirements






  • This position requires the ability to perform physicaltasksincluding frequent bending and lifting.






  • The role requires exerting force continuously and/or up to 5 poundsfrequently, up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds rarely, with or without theassistanceof tools such as a hand truck, to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.






  • The ability to wearappropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE) isrequired.






  • Individuals maybe requiredto wear respiratory protection, which may include but is not limited to Air Purifying Respirators (APRs) (half-face or full-face negative pressure respirators), powered air purifying respirators (PAPRs), or supplied air respirators (SARs).
