As a key member of the Account Leadership team, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships across the marketing organization, serving as the agency's primary contact for marketing managers. Your insight and guidance will inspire solutions that successfully deliver on business goals and marketing objectives, directly contributing to the growth and success of the enterprise. **What You'll Do:** * Manage a diverse portfolio of marketing projects, primarily focusing on digital and owned channels, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
* Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with both internal agency teams and external marketing partners, fostering open communication and clear expectations.
* Collaborate closely with Account Planners, Creative Teams, UX Teams, Tech Teams, and Program Managers to present a unified and compelling vision to partners.
* Articulate and clarify anticipated outcomes and key metrics for marketing initiatives, ensuring all efforts are aligned with strategic goals.
* Review creative work to guarantee alignment with strategy, adherence to the brief, and fulfillment of all partner requirements.
* Provide strategic, clear, and actionable feedback to creative teams, guiding them toward optimal solutions.
* Champion strategic and creative recommendations with persuasive rationale and data-driven insights.
* Actively participate in prioritization discussions, ensuring the agency and its partners focus on the most impactful work for the organization.
* Proactively set and manage project expectations, deliverables, and identify potential risks, tradeoffs, and alternative solutions when adjustments are needed. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Minimum of 3-8 years of dedicated agency account management or account strategy experience, with a proven track record of working directly with clients and creative teams.
* Prior agency experience is essential.
* A strong solutions-oriented approach, consistently seeking effective and innovative ways to overcome challenges.
* A deep understanding of user experience principles and their application in marketing communications.
* Comprehensive knowledge of agency processes and workflows.
* Exceptional ability to collaborate across various disciplines and present work effectively to diverse audiences.
