• Conduct infrared thermographic surveys on electrical, mechanical, and process systems using IR cameras and condition monitoring tools.
• Analyze and interpret high-level electrical diagrams and manufacturing process drawings.
• Deliver clear and timely Infrared Survey Reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with client site personnel and TUV SUD/GRC teams to assess system health and risks.
• Travel extensively across Kentucky & Tennessee to perform on-site inspections.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with PPE and site-specific protocols.

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance/Reliability Technician or Commercial Electrician.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Certified Infrared Thermographer.
• Certified Ultrasound Operator.
• Military technical background in electrical or infrared systems.
• Proficiency with infrared software and Microsoft Office tools.

• The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $35/hour - $40/hour. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
• Expectation of 75-80% travel across Kentucky and Tennessee with periodic travel nationally.
• Physical activity required: walking, climbing, bending, and carrying equipment.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: safety boots, helmet, glasses, hearing protection, Arc Flash clothing, etc.
