A Taste of What You'll Do As a Market Development Manager - Retail Wine & Spirits, you will play a critical role in growing Gallo's presence and performance across retail accounts by bringing strategy to life in the market. You'll work side by side with distributor partners, engaging sales representatives and managers to execute programs, close gaps, and expand distribution of Gallo brands. With a strong understanding of deal structures, pricing, and competitive dynamics, you'll identify opportunities and surface insights that shape broader market strategy. Your days will be dynamic and purposeful, balancing planning with action. You'll prioritize your time based on opportunity, business performance, and the needs of the market-coaching, motivating, and supporting distributor teams to drive results. You'll leverage data, technology, and marketing intelligence to monitor performance, guide decisions, and optimize resources, all while keeping a sharp focus on growth. Beyond execution, you'll serve as a Gallo ambassador in the community, building trusted relationships with accounts and distributor leadership. You'll collaborate cross functionally to activate consumer engagement initiatives, support digital and e Retail programs, and ensure consistent brand standards.
