Nurse Manager, AC - Duke Urgent Care Hillsborough Duke Urgent Care Hillsborough provides prompt, compassionate care for patients of all ages with minor injuries and illnesses, including sprains, cuts, flu symptoms, and infections. The clinic also offers sports physicals, limited employment physicals, and routine vaccinations. The team operates in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure setting, while maintaining a close-knit, collaborative environment. This team fosters a culture of open communication, professional growth, and mutual support. Location:267 S Churton St, Hillsborough, NC 27278 Clinic Hours:8am - 8pm What you will do: The Nurse Manager, Ambulatory provides clinical and operational leadership for nursing and patient care services in one or more ambulatory clinics. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in alignment with DUHS policies and service line goals. The Nurse Manager reports to the Practice Administrator to integrate both overall clinic and nursing priorities into operational workflows, promote quality improvement initiatives, and support provider teams. This role actively participates in strategic planning, resource allocation, and change management efforts within the assigned clinics. Clinical Operations Management
