Associate Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

Yardi is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate
Marketing Specialist to join our RentCafe Marketing Support team. In this role,
you'll build meaningful client relationships, support dynamic digital marketing
projects, and help bring innovative ideas to life within the RENTCafe platform.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, balancing multiple projects
while ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are consistently
met. From participating in client consultations to providing marketing insights
and product guidance, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with clients to understand their marketing
  strategies, goals, and unique needs, building strong, consultative
  relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by offering fresh ideas,
  recommending best practices, and guiding clients on available marketing
  features.
• Translate client vision into actionable plans that support
  their digital marketing success.
• Assist with managing design projects from concept to
  completion, working closely with Yardi's web design team to communicate the
  client's vision and achieve timely deliverables.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
  combination of education and experience
• Desire and ability to learn basic HTML techniques
• Understanding of design and branding principles
• Time management skills
• Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to group knowledge
• Ability to communicate across teams in a friendly and
  cooperative manner
• Strong project management skills related to design projects
• Client consultation skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with content management systems and knowledge of
  digital marketing best practices and social media
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within
  established deadlines
• Familiarity with modern marketing platforms, including
  Google, Facebook, and Instagram
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ideal to Have:

• Prior digital marketing experience
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of UI/UX
• Knowledge of Google Sheets
