Job Summary The Operations Specialist supports daytoday operational functions to ensure efficient delivery of home medical equipment and services. This role partners closely with customer service, clinical teams, billing, and logistics to manage orders, resolve issues, and maintain compliance within a fastpaced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities * Process, track, and manage patient orders from intake through fulfillment * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, setup, and documentation of equipment * Maintain accurate records in operational systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance * Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or documentation issues * Support workflow optimization initiatives and assist with operational reporting Required Qualifications * 1-3+ years of experience in operations, healthcare administration, logistics, or DME support * Call Center experience will also work! * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail * Proficiency with Excel and operational systems (ERP, CRM, order management tools) * Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and customers * Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven healthcare environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Jefferson City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
