The pay range for this position is $69,100 - $108,000 based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Senior Compensation Analyst, in collaboration with the Manager of Compensation & HRIS, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Company's data driven compensation programs and pay practices. This role is responsible for all aspects of the company's job descriptions, including but not limited to ensuring consistency within the template, content, competencies, leadership responsibilities, and best practices. Using data driven analytics, the Sr Compensation Analyst will research, develop and recommend solutions to ensure compensation programs are competitive, consistently administered, and compliant with all applicable laws. This role serves as a trusted advisor to HR and operational leaders on compensation and data analytics matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(50%) Compensation Analysis and Program Administration



  1. Ensure the organization's compensation programs, practices and policies, etc. are compliant with all applicable local, state and federal laws.
  2. Serve as the administrator/subject matter expert for CompAnalyst System, a Salary.com product, used for job benchmarking, analysis and projects
  3. Conduct market analyses and utilizes compensation surveys and CompAnalyst data to determine compensation trends.
  4. Proactively makes recommendations to support total rewards and team member retention strategies.
  5. Own and maintain an up to date job description template, proactively reviewing it annually for best practices and legal compliance, and proactively and effectively communicate to leaders the reasons why accurate job descriptions are key when pricing a job and
  6. Conduct job analysis' and maintain appropriate documentation.
  7. Coordinate the establishment of new and revised jobs, including guiding leaders on the development of job descriptions, evaluating and classifying jobs for FLSA status and pay grade, and creating the job in the HRIS system.
  8. Partners with HR Managers (HRM) on projects such as job and pay analysis, Market pricing reviews, and compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions.
  9. Maintains the compensation infrastructure, including pay structure, pay grades, and job codes.
  10. In collaboration with the HR Managers (HRM), manages the annual Merit review process, including the timeline, freeze periods, and internal training, for the organization
  11. Personally, creates the Merit workbooks for each leader and develops effective communication that accompanies them.
  12. Assist with managing and administrating the annual bonus process; makes recommendations for improvements
  13. Audit pay practices to confirm compliance with federal and state legislation applicable to wage and hour laws and regulations. Initiates changes when appropriate.
  14. Audit compensation across the company and conduct a pay equity review on an annual basis
  15. Consistently research and communicate any/all changes in laws (i.e. minimum wage, sick time, etc.) that may impact compensation.
  16. Conduct ad hoc compensation and HR data analysis to provide valuable insights into RAYUS workforce and influence HR programs.
  17. Maintain data, both survey and employee census data, in compensation software (CompAnalyst) and unique company parameters, etc. to ensure accurate market analysis results.


(25%) Compensation Consultation


  1. Collaborate with the HR Managers (HRM) in supporting leaders across the organization to make informed and data driven strategic compensation decisions.
  2. Facilitate and participate in Market meetings with assigned HRM and leaders to gain a full scope understanding of their needs to effectively and efficiently research, prepare and interpret results and information in reports, summaries, and graphics reflecting data and market competitiveness.
  3. Review and recommend changes in pay grade/pay range and complete FLSA classification testing in accordance with applicable Federal regulations.
  4. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team when they request assistance in determining appropriate rates of pay for team members, and general job/position support, as needed.
  5. Partner with the Manager, Compensation & HRIS in the development and maintenance of various team member incentive plans, including researching and recommending possible design.


(20%) HR Department Support


  1. Provides support for various HR programs and initiatives as assigned.
  2. Serves as a regular back-up for the Senior HRIS Analyst for tasks and processes as needed.
  3. Recommend new approaches, goals, objectives, policies and procedures to support continual improvements within the HR department


(5%) Other Duties and Projects as Assigned

Required:



  1. High School Diploma, or equivalent
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable experience
  3. Five (5) years' Human Resources experience which includes solid working knowledge of recruitment processes and job descriptions
  4. Three (3) years' compensation administration and analysis experience
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications; Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  6. Ability to travel occasionally to business or operational sites; a reliable means of transportation is required
  7. Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required for the team member to personally drive a vehicle for company business (regardless of whether it's a company or personal vehicle)


Preferred:



  1. Three (3) years' HRIS (HR Systems) experience with a related analytical business acumen
  2. Experience using ADP, Dayforce, and/or Workday HRIS
  3. Experience assisting with HR Systems implementations and/or adding modules
  4. Experience using Salary.com's CompAnalyst software
