Summary of Role:

Manages lowlevel employee relations cases, including workplace accommodations, policy interpretation, and process questions, and triages and assigns employee relations and ethics cases through established intake processes. Supports routine and moderately complex investigations by applying established ER policies and protocols, maintains accurate, auditready documentation, and escalates higherrisk matters to senior ER partners while partnering closely with frontline leaders, HR Business Partners, ER peers, and crossfunctional teams.

Role Responsibilities:



  1. Manage lowlevel employee relations cases, including workplace accommodations, policy interpretation, and process questions.
  2. Triage and assign employee relations and ethics cases using established intake and risk guidelines.
  3. Support routine and moderately complex investigations through factfinding, documentation, and application of ER protocols.
  4. Maintain accurate, auditready case documentation and escalate higherrisk or complex matters appropriately.
  5. Partner with frontline leaders, HR Business Partners, and ER peers to promote consistent issue resolution.
  6. Regular interaction with frontline leaders, HR Business Partners, ER peers, and crossfunctional teams.
  7. Moderate influence through case management, intake and assignment decisions, and issue resolution.
  8. Handles sensitive employee matters requiring judgment, discretion, and policy adherence.



Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:



  • Working knowledge of employee relations practices, investigations, and employment law fundamentals.
  • Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail in managing cases and assessing risk.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation and manager guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, confidential environment.



Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Education -

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.


  • Experience -

    • At least 1-3 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or related HR support roles.
    • Experience supporting frontline or operational environments preferred.
