Corporate Development & Enterprise Programs Summer Intern

About the Role

The Corporate Development & Enterprise Programs Summer Intern will support enterpriselevel strategic initiatives that enable growth, operational effectiveness, and longterm value creation. This role is designed for a highperforming undergraduate student seeking exposure to corporate strategy, enterprise programs, and financial analysis within a global organization.

The intern will work with leaders across Corporate Development, Enterprise Program Management, Finance, and other enterprise functions on priority initiatives and analytical projects. The role will focus on enterprise programs, strategic analysis, and executive enablement, with limited and appropriate exposure to corporate development activities.

What You'll Work On

Responsibilities will vary based on business priorities, but may include:

  • Supporting enterprisewide strategic programs through research, analysis, and project coordination
  • Assisting with preparation of materials for leadership reviews, planning discussions, and enterprise forums
  • Conducting market, industry, and internal data analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Supporting financial and business analysis related to enterprise initiatives (e.g., business cases, scenario analysis, performance tracking)
  • Providing analytical and research support for corporate development and strategy efforts, such as opportunity assessments, frameworks, or postinitiative learnings
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally with enterprise priorities

The internship will be structured to provide meaningful, handson experience, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and flexibility as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and quantitative skills
  • Interest in corporate strategy, enterprise programs, corporate development, or finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Professionalism and ability to work with discretion

Preferred

  • Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or analytics
  • Exposure to financial analysis or business case development
  • Interest in enterprisescale organizations or transformation initiatives
