What will you be doing and learning?

The Strategic & Innovation Manager of the High School Editorial Team at BFW Publishers is seeking a summer intern to develop foundational skills in learning technology. This role provides hands-on experience in conducting market research, gathering and organizing teacher feedback, summarizing survey responses, and tracking trends in high school education. Additionally, the intern will gain insight into how learning resources are created, how market information is collected and analyzed, and how digital tools support teaching and learning. Responsibilities may also include assisting with product development tasks and participating in team meetings to better understand how learning solutions are designed and refined.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



    • Conduct market research on various high school courses.
    • Gather, organize, and summarize teacher feedback and survey responses.
    • Track trends in high school education to inform product development.
    • Gather course leads and contacts for market research and review.
    • Participate in team meetings to gain insight into how learning solutions are developed.


    This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop foundational skills in product innovation, learning technology, and market research while contributing to projects that support teaching and learning.

    Skills / Knowledge:



    • You must be enrolled in a degreed program (i.e. Bachelor's, Master's, etc.)
    • We will accept applicants graduating from their degree in Spring 2026.
    • Recent graduates within the last 6 months will be considered
    • Students who have taken AP Courses, College and Career Readiness programs, or Dual Enrollment in High School are preferred.
    • Students who have experience with AI-infused digital learning tools are preferred.


    This internship is eligible for remote participation, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, Washington State, West Virginia, Wyoming.
