QA/QC Manager, NA

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across new and ongoing data center construction projects, ranging from small to largescale developments. This role is responsible for ensuring construction execution meets Vantage quality standards, project requirements, engineering specifications, and applicable codes throughout all phases of delivery.

The QA/QC Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners closely with Construction, Development & Engineering, Operations, and external contractors to proactively identify risks, drive corrective actions, and embed continuous improvement across project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong technical construction experience, a detailoriented mindset, and a deep understanding of missioncritical facility requirements.

Position fully on-site in Port Washington, WI

• Manage quality assurance and quality control programs across assigned construction projects.
• Drive implementation and enforcement of project quality standards, inspection plans, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee quality execution across all phases including preconstruction, design development, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Perform and/or oversee job walks, inspections, and audits to verify workmanship and compliance with approved documents.

• Support management of project scope, schedule, and budget through qualitydriven decision making.
• Participate in prebid activities, RFP development, and contractor selection with a focus on quality expectations.
• Collaborate with design teams, operators, and clients to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Participate in commissioning activities to verify systems meet performance and quality standards.

• Manage input and delivery of work products to ensure data center facilities comply with project requirements, customer specifications, engineering standards, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, document, and drive lessons learned, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, cost, and schedule performance.
• Ensure quality documentation is complete and supports project turnover requirements to Operations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align quality expectations across disciplines.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure quality outcomes support longterm reliability, maintainability, and missioncritical operations.
• Maintain strong awareness of the importance of uptime, redundancy, and operational continuity in data center environments.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects or quality programs of increasing complexity; 7+ years preferred.
• Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction scopes required.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation standards.
• Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
