  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate compelling product training sessions that elevate product knowledge, sales confidence, and overall store engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales trends, item performance, and market feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to assess floor competitiveness, monitor promotional activity, and identify opportunities aligned with FXI's commercial growth strategy.
  • Partner with FXI Customer Service to support and resolve warranty inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product presentation, signage accuracy, and compliance with retail merchandising standards.

  • Represent FXI with professionalism and embody our mission, vision, and values in every customer interaction.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfort learning new systems and tools.
  • Flexible schedule required, including occasional weekends or holiday periods based on retail needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including periodic overnight travel.
