About the role: The Commercial Product Manager Senioris a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and executing a nextgeneration financial crime product strategyspanning Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Fraud, and AntiMoney Laundering (AML). This role is accountable for building intelligent, AIdriven financial crime solutionsthat materially reduce fraud and financial abuse while minimizing customer friction. The role will define and deliver an opinionated set of endtoend experiences, leveraging AI agents, advanced data, and continuous experimentation to stop pervasive crimes such as human trafficking, romance scams, elder abuse, and other forms of financial exploitation conducted through the financial system. Partnering closely with internal teams and external partners, this role helps align strategy, simplify where appropriate, and deliver scalable, commercially viable solutionsthat leverage FIS's breadth, data assets, and global scaleto make a meaningful impact on the global financial system. This role is ideal for a product leader who can secure buyin for a clear vision, operate across multiple financial crime domains, translate strategy into execution, and continuously optimize for outcomes using data. What you will be doing: Product Strategy & Vision
Shape and own a cohesive financial crime product strategyacross KYC, KYB, Sanctions, Fraud, and AML, with a clear point of view on how AIdriven capabilities and agentbased systems improve detection, prevention, and customer experience. Define the next generation of financial crime solutions, leveraging AI agents, automation, and data intelligence to stop fraud earlier and more accurately, with less customer friction. Translate regulatory requirements, market trends, and client needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and investment prioritiesfocused on measurable outcomes. Balance innovation with regulatory rigor, ensuring solutions are explainable, auditable, and aligned with global compliance expectations.
AIDriven Outcomes & Experimentation
Lead a datafirst product approach, defining and tracking success metrics such as fraud loss reduction, detection effectiveness, customer friction, operational efficiency, and adoption. Enable A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimizationacross financial crime workflows to improve outcomes over time. Partner with data science and engineering teams to operationalize models, AI agents, and decisioning logic into scalable, productionready capabilities. Use performance insights to iteratively refine product experiences and investment decisions.
Product Delivery & Outcomes
Own prioritized initiatives and epics that drive measurable client and societal impact, from discovery through delivery. Drive measurable improvements in precision and recall, reducing false positives and unnecessary friction while maintaining high detection effectiveness through continuous testing, tuning, and dataled optimization. Balance regulatory rigor, operational usability, and commercial scalability in all product decisions. Partner with gotomarket teams on product readiness, including pricing inputs, packaging recommendations, and sales enablement materials.
Portfolio & Platform Alignment (Supporting)
Partner with platform, solution, and technology teams to identify overlaps, gaps, and dependencies across the financial crime portfolio. Contribute to portfolio rationalization efforts, including identifying opportunities to sunset, consolidate, or modernize nonstrategic or redundant capabilities, without making consolidation the primary focus of the role. Ensure new capabilities are designed to scale across regions, client segments, and regulatory environments.
Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as a primary product partner to external technology and solution partners, aligning joint roadmaps, delivery priorities, and commercial outcomes. Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering, data science, compliance, sales, and client success teams to ensure consistent product direction and execution. Support strategic sales efforts by clearly articulating product value, differentiation, and roadmap direction across financial crime solutions.
Communication & Governance
Provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies. Ensure alignment between product direction, broader financial crime strategy, and platform modernization efforts.
What you will need: Product Management Experience
Demonstrated experience managing complex B2B or enterprise software products, preferably within financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries. Proven ability to own product strategy and execution endtoend, from discovery through delivery and optimization. Experience influencing outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
Financial Crime & Risk Domain Knowledge
Working knowledge of financial crime domains including KYC, KYB, Fraud, and AML, and the regulatory expectations that govern them. Ability to synthesize domainspecific requirements into crossportfolio, datadriven product decisions.
Data, AI & Analytical Skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience using data, experimentation, and KPIs to guide prioritization and measure success. Familiarity with applying AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation in production product environments (handson development not required). Experience evaluating build, buy, partner, and sunset decisions to support longterm product strategy.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences. Experience working directly with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather input, align expectations, and drive adoption.
