Description Perform clerical and reception duties related to patient scheduling and registration Handle a high volume of incoming calls Navigate multiple systems to schedule across various departments Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met Work in a fastpaced environment requiring strong customer service and communication skills Maintain high organization and dedication to patient service Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED At last one year of call center experience Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Vernon, IN.
