Customer Support Representative - MUST SIT IN COLORADO! Make a difference-one meaningful conversation at a time. Are you driven by empathy and purpose? This role goes beyond traditional customer service and centers on compassion, clarity, and care. What You'll Do * Support members through inbound calls by assisting with family leave claims, eligibility, timelines, and documentation * Handle sensitive, emotional conversations with empathy while accurately documenting each interaction What We're Looking For * 4+ years of customer service or contact center experience * Strong emotional intelligence and comfort with complex, personal conversations * Confidence guiding users through basic technical tasks The Environment * Fully remote (must reside in Colorado), with occasional onsite support in Denver as needed * 12 month contract * Monday-Friday schedules between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. * Supportive leadership, strong training, and a culture rooted in care and purpose * Equipment provided, including local Denver pickup and opportunities to connect with the team Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.67 - $25.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
