About the Role We are seeking a Patient Registration Representative to support a hospitalbased CPAP program. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving for appointments to be fitted for their CPAP equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and documentation processing to support positive patient experiences and timely delivery of care. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in healthcare intake or registration, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1hour lunch) Work Model: Fully Onsite \| No Weekends Key Responsibilities * Register patients in a hospital setting for CPAP appointments and fittings * Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, deductibles, and coinsurance * Review clinical documentation to determine qualification status and payer compliance * Accurately process, verify, and submit required patient and insurance documentation * Support process improvement initiatives related to workflow, verification, and data analysis * Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and payer guidelines * Work across intake, customer service, daily operations, and revenue cycle processes * Ensure data accuracy within the EMR system (Brightree preferred) * Communicate effectively with patients, internal teams, and stakeholders Required Qualifications * Patient registration experience in a healthcare or hospital setting * Insurance verification experience (Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans) * Experience working with EMR systems (Brightree preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Work Environment * Fully onsite hospital environment * Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends * Collaborative, patientfocused setting * Stable role designed to support longterm volume and growth Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Festus, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
