This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Towne Centre Drive (San Diego, CA) and remote. The Epic Cadence/Referral Analyst will work closely with the project team's clinical leaders and the clinicians and providers to translate business needs into EMR functionality. Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Referrals and Cadence application in our Epic system. Provides support to clinical and patient access users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards, when adapting the software to meet their needs. Works with operations to create or adapt written protocols. Prepares detailed specs encompassing clinical and authorization processes, information flow, risk and impact analysis. May provide customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance. As a technical leader in Referrals and Cadence applications, applies advanced professional concepts and extensive industry knowledge to lead and / or work on medium to large projects of broad scope and complexity. May be recognized expert of an area of focus of business in clinical applications. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
