Overview
The Office organization is focused on driving meaningful, sustained engagement across our productivity applications for both free and paid consumers, spanning web and desktop experiences and increasingly powered by Microsoft 365 Copilot. The Office Shared Experiences team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead consumer growth across Office applications by deeply understanding customer journeys,identifyingopportunities to deliver value at every stage of engagement, and driving systematic,hypothesisdrivenexperimentation. This role will focus ondriving consumer engagement withinthe Word,Exceland PowerPoint applications across Windows,Macand Web platforms. Success in this rolewill requiremapping andoptimizingendtoendcustomer journey funnels across core productivity workflows and Copilot experiences.Impactwill be measured through improvements inconsumerengagement, retention, and downstream business outcomes, and will require strong analytical thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to translate insights into crisp product and experimentation strategies. Successful applicant(s) will collaborate closely with partners across Office, Copilot, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Growth teams. Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
