The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Audience Strategy & Growth Manager to lead our enterprise audience intelligence, segmentation, and demand activation initiatives. In this role, you will translate complex customer, behavioral, retail, CRM, and media insights into actionable growth strategies. Your work will directly improve marketing performance, drive revenue, and enable highly personalized, cross-channel customer experiences across our marketing, product, retail, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) teams.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and continuously optimize enterprise-level audience segmentation and prioritization frameworks to ensure the targeting of the right customers. Additionally, identify and activate high-value audience segments to support overarching goals for customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
  • Translate diverse data sources-including customer, CRM, CDP, retail, and media data-into cohesive and integrated marketing strategies. Furthermore, support funnel optimization and journey-based targeting strategies to significantly improve overall conversion performance.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, retail, and D2C teams to enable and execute integrated growth strategies across the organization. Also, support comprehensive audience planning and activation for major campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build robust frameworks that clearly connect audience strategies to tangible business outcomes, revenue growth, and return on investment (ROI). This responsibility includes continuously monitoring and optimizing targeting and channel performance throughout the entire customer lifecycle.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of professional experience specifically focused on audience strategy, growth strategy, or marketing analytics.
  • Possess a proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable and effective business and marketing strategies.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience working within large enterprise or multi-category business environments.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), retail/POS data, and broader media ecosystems.
  • Exhibit a track record of successfully supporting product launches and executing cross-channel marketing planning.
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to execute projects efficiently.



Recruiting Range
$95,000 - $101,000 USD
