Job Description

Are you embedded with marketing teams to drive execution? In this role, you won't just enable Agile - you'll support the execution of an established Agile operating model. As an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master for the VAS Marketing team, you will be embedded within marketing pods to keep work moving, facilitate collaboration, and help teams rapidly adapt as priorities shift within existing Agile frameworks and processes.

Acting as a delivery-focused facilitator and project manager, you will remove day-to-day obstacles, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and work closely with Marketing Product Owners and fellow Agile Project Managers to translate priorities into clearly defined, executable work. Through strong organization, consistent process execution, and handson support, you will help marketing teams deliver campaigns and initiatives with greater speed, predictability, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will provide execution support across three core project management pillars:

Agile Execution & Governance:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for B2B marketing teams, using Wrike (project management tool) as the system of record. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Standups
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Retrospectives
  • Support adherence to Agile best practices already in place, reinforcing transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure teams follow defined Agile processes while supporting regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Execute sprint planning and delivery activities based on priorities and guidance provided by Marketing Operations leadership and senior delivery partners.

Marketing Delivery Support:

  • Partner closely with Marketing Product Owners and delivery teammates to:
    • Maintain, groom, and update marketing backlogs (campaigns, content, launches).
    • Translate approved initiatives into clear, actionable user stories and tasks.
  • Own daytoday project management activities in Wrike (project management tool), including:
    • Creating and updating tasks
    • Tracking dependencies and due dates
    • Monitoring progress against sprint commitments
    • Maintaining accurate statuses and documentation
  • Support ontime delivery of:
    • Campaigns and gotomarket initiatives
    • Content calendars
    • Creative and digital assets
  • Balance speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations by following established delivery standards.
  • Support execution of regional and local campaign pods in alignment with brand standards and core messaging.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Proactively identify and surface impediments related to:
    • Governance and approval workflows
    • Crossdepartment dependencies
    • Resource and capacity constraints
  • Provide clear, consistent delivery reporting on status, risks, and capacity, using established reporting formats.
  • Support leadership by providing input for forecasting, prioritization and delivery discussions.

How You'll Enable Success:

  • Consistent and predictable sprint execution
  • Clear visibility into marketing work through strong system hygiene
  • Reduced delivery friction through proactive coordination and escalation
  • Improved team clarity through effective facilitation and organization
