Role & Responsibilities Love closing complex deals? Skilled at building powerful networks? Ready to pioneer digital transformation from the ground up? As New Business Origination Leader, you'll drive key growth across the Infrastructure, Energy, and Materials industry sectors. You will partner your clients in the deployment of our flagship 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Virtual Twin technologies * Drive Revenue: Lead end-to-end sales cycles-from lead generation to closing- targeting high-potential deals and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience * 15+ years of experience in the transportation, energy, or industrial sectors * At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with a proven track record of winning and closing large deals. * Strong professional network within infrastructure owners, operators, and contractors. * Good understanding of how large infrastructure projects are delivered and managed over their full lifecycle. * Strong business judgment and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams under tight timelines. * Solid program and project management skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leaders. * Ability to assess risks, support decision-making, and align solutions with clear business outcomes. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $222300 and $261500, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus. | |
