Responsibilities As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you are the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Watertown by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting, and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
