You've come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
As an Office Services Administrator, you will take ownership of a variety of office services tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Seattle office.
You will manage the reception desk, handle incoming calls, greet and check-in visitors, and manage the conference room schedule through our Converge booking system. You will be responsible for maintaining all physical spaces in the office - conference rooms, common areas, private offices, desks and kitchens. This includes frequent room setups (moving tables/chairs, etc.).
Additionally, you will handle catering for office functions, cultivate vendor relationships, and reconcile billing for vendors. You will also be responsible for managing ordering and restocking for snacks, fruit, coffee, plates/utensils, office supplies and other pantry items.
You will serve as point-of-contact for Global IT to assist with delivery of basic IT responsibilities including on-the-ground support for basic troubleshooting and inventory management. You will administer key cards and badges, track and report information as needed, and serve as a point-of-contact for firm Security. Additionally, you will provide backup support for other Office Services roles within the region.
Your work will help maintain a professional and efficient office environment, ensuring that all office services and operations run smoothly and effectively.
You will be based in our Seattle office as part of the Office Services department. This team focuses on reception and room bookings, mail and duplication, facilities, and event planning.
This is an in-office role. There is occasionally flexibility to work overtime, particularly for events. You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
