Hours and Pay

• Pay Rate: $52.00 - $58.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance SQL-based applications, including ERP systems
• Provide technical support and administration for Microsoft SQL Server and Windows-based application servers
• Develop and maintain code, scripts, and stored procedures using C#, VBA/VBScript, and SQL
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues across workstation and server environments
• Translate business requirements into workflows, reports, and system capabilities
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and work instructions
• Lead and support application-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations
• Support ongoing application operations, including upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Manage system changes in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve system functionality and performance

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience managing Microsoft SQL Server environments
• 2-4+ years of coding or scripting experience (C#, VBA/VBScript, or SQL preferred)
• 2-4+ years of experience supporting or maintaining an ERP system
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of an organization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred)
• Familiarity with production scheduling tools such as Job Pack
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros and VBA development
• Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking systems

Additional Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
