DMI, LLC is seeking a EUT Team Manager to join us. As EUT Team Manager, you will oversee daily operational support across enterprise endpoint services while ensuring accountability, performance consistency, and adherence to security standards. Your leadership will directly influence operational efficiency, service quality, and team development across desktop and mobile technology environments.

• This is a leadership-focused role where operational oversight and technical understanding intersect.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee operational support within the EUT team
• Manage and assign tasks and deliverables to team members
• Demonstrate technical skills and ability to organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of assigned tasks
• Develop and maintain procedures for EUT operations
• Translate high-level work plans into detailed assignments for team members
• Monitor and track progress of projects and work plans
• Coordinate with other IT teams on EUT initiatives
• Support adherence to security and operational standards
• Manage team performance and provide mentorship
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Report on EUT operations and metrics

Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
• Education substitutions accepted per contract guidelines:
  • No Degree: 2 additional years experience
  • Associate's Degree: 1 additional year experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Meets baseline requirement
  • Master's Degree or PhD: No additional experience required

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Minimum 10 years of related experience managing and leading teams providing operational support to EUT
• Proven experience with team management and task coordination
• Strong technical skills across end user technology platforms
• Knowledge of project management and work planning
• Understanding of EUT best practices and standards

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Project management experience or certification
• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification
• Experience with Windows, Mac, and mobile device management
• Knowledge of software deployment and patch management
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
