About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Mid Enterprise Operations Center Specialist to join us. We are seeking a technically strong Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Mid to support secure enterprise systems within a high-visibility operational environment. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in structured, fast-paced settings and wants to play a direct role in maintaining operational stability across complex enterprise infrastructure.

As an Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Mid, you will support the day-to-day stability, monitoring, and operational performance of enterprise systems. Your work ensures that events are identified early, incidents are resolved efficiently, and enterprise infrastructure remains resilient.

  • Incident detection, diagnosis, and resolution speed

  • Continuous improvement of enterprise operations processes
  • This is a hands-on role within a 24x7x365 operational environment supporting mission-critical federal systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day activities required to monitor systems for events or alerts
  • Coordinate resolution of events and alerts
  • Monitor and identify problem areas and coordinate resolutions
  • Apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments
  • Utilize software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting systems
  • Document monitoring activities and incident resolutions
  • Escalate issues following established procedures
  • Participate in 24x7x365 shift operations
  • Generate operational reports and performance metrics
  • Support implementation of monitoring improvements
  • Maintain runbooks and operational procedures


Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience providing support to an enterprise operations center
  • Experience monitoring and managing enterprise systems and networks using advanced technologies and tools
  • Knowledge of complex IT infrastructure and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Understanding of monitoring platforms and ITSM processes
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • Education substitutions accepted per contract guidelines:
    • No Degree: 2 additional years experience
    • Associate's Degree: 1 additional year experience
    • Bachelor's Degree: Meets baseline requirement
    • Master's Degree or PhD: No additional experience required

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with multiple monitoring platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network infrastructure
  • Understanding of application performance monitoring
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in shift-based operations

Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
