About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a EUT Specialist - SME to join us. As an EUT Specialist - SME, you will serve as the technical authority for enterprise end user technology operations. Your leadership will directly impact device security, operational efficiency, compliance posture, and the end-user experience across desktops and mobile platforms.

Your impact will directly influence:

    Enterprise endpoint security and compliance readiness
  • Patch management effectiveness and vulnerability mitigation
  • Standardization and modernization of desktop and mobile environments
  • Strategic direction of EUT roadmaps and automation initiatives
  • This is a high-visibility role where deep technical expertise meets enterprise-level strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership for all end user technology operations
  • Lead the installation, packaging, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise desktop and mobile applications
  • Provide technical oversight for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Manage group policies, device drivers, and security tools
  • Lead patch management activities supporting security requirements
  • Support vulnerability remediation and POA&M activities for end user devices
  • Contribute to development of EUT strategies and technology roadmaps
  • Provide technical direction to EUT teams
  • Evaluate emerging end-user technologies and make recommendations
  • Support adherence to federal security baselines and standards
  • Drive automation and optimization initiatives


Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • Education substitutions accepted per contract guidelines:
    • No Degree: 2 additional years experience
    • Associate's Degree: 1 additional year experience
    • Bachelor's Degree: Meets baseline requirement
    • Master's Degree or PhD: No additional experience required

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of related experience as a subject matter expert in End User Technology
  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise desktop and mobile environments
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS platforms
  • Proven leadership managing EUT operations at scale
  • Deep understanding of patch management and vulnerability remediation

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Multiple platform certifications (Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
  • Experience with BigFix, SCCM, Intune, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of federal security frameworks (NIST, STIG)
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Endpoint Security
  • Strong strategic planning and technology evaluation skills
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Background Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
