Description

LCOR is currently seeking an Intern to join our Development Team in NYC. Position starts May 2026 to August 2026 Mondays through Friday.

Job responsibilities for the position include



  • Perform market analysis
  • Assist in various financial analysis pertaining to class A multifamily apartment projects
  • Assist onsite construction teams with project management functions
  • assist development teams with various project-related tasks


Students will be provided access to deal analytics and live project management work streams.

Interested candidates should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:



  • Experience with MS Office/Word/Excel
  • Strong financial skills and experience creating / managing a budget
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
