Security Officer - Sports Arena - Overnight

As a Security Officer - Overnight in Minneapolis, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related concerns, and respond to guest and staff needs with clear communication and professional customer service. You will document observations, assist with access control and/or wayfinding, and support incident response as part of a team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, medical calls, and/or other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with location management and public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, back-of-house spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or operational concerns.
• Monitor access points and key-controlled areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and/or vendor logs in accordance with location procedures.
• Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and location representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
