You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related issues, and document activity using a computer or tablet. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall location.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing deliveries, and directing individuals to the correct locations.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and access points for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, helping to deter unauthorized entry and loss.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating to site leadership and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including the sales floor, corridors, and perimeter, and complete reports using required systems and/or logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
