As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and drivers, support access control points, and communicate clearly as you document observations and escalate concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout warehouse, yard, loading dock, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and loading areas, verifying identification, visitor logs, and delivery documentation as required by site policy.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders per procedure.
• Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions; communicate observations that may help to deter unwanted activity and support operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
