Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

Perform duties across Security Services, activities may include:

  • Define security product strategy and roadmap aligned with stakeholder needs.

  • Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery efforts.

  • Monitor market trends and threats to identify innovation opportunities.

  • Champion security requirements while driving stakeholder adoption and engagement.

  • Manage product performance, budget, and resources to ensure strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing comprehensive security program budgets ($1M+), including vendor selection, technology procurement, and resource allocation across security functions while demonstrating ROI

  • Demonstrated experience implementing business analytics platforms to drive security decision-making, with proven ability to develop custom visualization dashboards.

  • Successfully led department-wide initiatives with demonstrable improvement in security metrics and on-time delivery.

  • Certified Scrum Master with experience leading security product development teams using agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups while maintaining security compliance requirements

Technical Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in:

  • Project & Resource Management Tools: Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Project, Oracle Financials

  • Data Visualization & Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel modeling for security metrics

  • Agile Methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban with specific application to security product development

  • Business Analytics: SQL, Python for data analysis, security ROI modeling, risk quantification

Some experience:

  • Generative AI Security Applications

  • Security Automation

Education and/or Experience:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required

  • Security certification required (CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent)

  • Experience in IT or security roles

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional security implementation initiatives (e.g., identity management, endpoint security, cloud security)

  • Proven track record managing security projects through full lifecycle while maintaining compliance with relevant frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.)

  • Experience translating security requirements into project deliverables and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • History of successful vendor management and third-party security integration projects

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) specifically applied to security initiatives

  • Knowledge of security governance, risk management, and compliance processes

  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies across multiple domains (network, cloud, application security)

  • Experience developing and tracking security metrics and KPIs

Compensation

  • The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
  • In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
  • We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package as noted on www.theocc.com/careers
  • All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Salary Range

$111,000.00 - $141,900.00

Incentive Range

8% to 15%

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
