Description

NOTE: This is a temporary assignment, requires five days a week onsite at the Brooklyn, OH location, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

Temporary Assignment Summary:

Support timely and accurate cash control processes, answer incoming calls, and make outreach calls to collect payments, which directly impact operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide excellent phone and other customer service
  • Perform credit and collection activities
  • Provide administrative support to team
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years Customer Service, Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit/Collections, or Credit Recovery experience


Technical Skills and Knowledge:



  • Knowledge of general business/office procedures
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Good Oral and written communication skills
