RESPONSIBILITIES:









        • Manage cash balances and transactions on a daily basis for a portfolio of Hotels
        • Assist hotels and management in processing the semi monthly check runs
        • Forecast cash requirements and cash position to support anticipated spend for hotel operations
        • Liaise with accounting and treasury counterparts to ensure that property cash needs are met timely and accurately
        • Review with Vice President any identified approaches to optimize property cash position
        • Participate in calls with management and ownership to monitor cash availabiltiy
        • Ad hoc projects, as needed








REQUIREMENTS:




    • Hospitality experience required
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage varying priorities
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
    • 3 plus years of proven experience in cash management, treasury, or a similar role
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

5 - 7 years: Hotel Cash Management - Corporate Office (required)
