The Senior Telehealth Project Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of telehealth programs within the division. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of telehealth services by providing scheduling, troubleshooting, and administrative support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Project Administration - 100%
- Manage telehealth schedules, including appointments, shifts, and resource allocation
- Coordinate tasks and assignments to optimize program efficiency
- Ensure accurate and timely timekeeping and invoicing
- Resolve billing and timekeeping discrepancies
- Serve as a key contributor to project planning and implementation
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and clinicians, providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Collect key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within the telehealth programs
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Sets up meetings, drafts, and sends invoices, follows-up to ensures on-time payment
- Will assume CRS duties where applicable
- May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

- Communicates with external clients and clinicians
QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, nursing, or a related field or equivalent experience required
- 1-2+ years of related experience
- Previous healthcare or telehealth experience required
- Previous experience working on a project team preferred
