Job Summary
Looking for an experienced leader to join our Dearborn Inpatient Care Management team.
Under the direction of the Care Management Sr. Director, the Manager, Care Management is responsible for coordination of all activities in one or more of the key functions in the Inpatient Care Management Department at Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital. Works collaboratively with multiple disciplines to expedite care coordination functions in assigned areas. Responsibilities include all staff in assigned areas (RN Care Coordinators, Social Workers, support staff). Reports to the Care Management Sr. Director.
