The COE Leader for Talent Acquisition is responsible for building and driving a global Talent Acquisition strategy that enables the organization to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all regions. This role provides thought leadership, sets governance and standards, deploys scalable processes and tools, and supports HR Business Partners and regional TA teams in delivering a consistent, highquality hiring experience.

Responsibilities of Center of Excellence Leader Talent Acquisition (COE)


  • Develop and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy, aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
  • Define the TA operating model, including policies, frameworks, processes, and performance standards.
  • Lead global initiatives in employer branding, candidate experience, sourcing innovation, and digital TA solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to identify future skill needs and build longterm talent pipelines.
  • Establish and maintain TA policies, guidelines, and compliance standards across all regions.
  • Oversee implementation of TA systems and technologies (ATS, sourcing tools, assessments, analytics platforms).
  • Introduce and maintain KPIs and dashboards to measure hiring performance, quality of hire, and process efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking, insights, and bestpractice sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, regional HR teams, and business leaders to ensure TA solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Provide consultation and/or execute on complex or seniorlevel hiring needs.
  • Manage external partnerships (agencies, RPOs, universities, job boards) and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop a compelling global employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent brand presence across markets.
  • Ensure innovative sourcing methods to reach both active and passive talent pools.
  • Lead and develop a highperforming, geographically dispersed TA team (directly or via matrix).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and candidatecentricity



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing TA strategies and COE operating models.
  • Strong understanding of global labor markets, compliance requirements, and hiring best practices; in addition, understands the rapidly evolving landscape of TA (including use of AI)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrixed, and fastchanging environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership roles in global or regional environments.
  • Experience with digital TA tools, ATS platforms, sourcing technology, and analytics.
