Interstate Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our new Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota. We offer highly competitive wages and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization.

Starting Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00 per hour (DOE)

Warranty Administrators play a critical role in our operations. Working with our team, you will process claims from our 31 repair facilities and help ensure efficient and accurate warranty recovery. We are looking for a dedicated professional who brings strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service. Warranty Administrator Responsibilities:



  • Review warranty paperwork from multiple repair facilities and request corrections when necessary.
  • Ensure all warranty claims comply with manufacturer audit requirements.
  • Follow vendor and Interstate policy and procedural guidelines.
  • Create and monitor warranty claims across multiple vendor sites.
  • Reconcile weekly credit memos.
  • Create and track warranty parts returns.
  • Support branch-level teams with warranty claims.
  • Work with the warranty department to maximize warranty recovery.



Warranty Administrator Requirements:



  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
  • 3 years of truck or automotive service writing or warranty claim experience required.



Warranty Administrator Qualities:



  • Positive attitude and self-motivation; able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Highly organized and effective at managing time and tasks.
  • Commitment to success in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Excede OS).
