Description Location Requirement: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jonesville, FL. Relocation: Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must be currently located within commuting distance or willing to relocate at their own expense. Hours for this position: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM, occasionally some Saturdays 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM Role Provides high-quality, responsive service and technical support to ensure the smooth, reliable, and effective operation of the organization's information technology systems. Assists with the configuration and deployment of hardware and software while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. This entry-level IT Support Technician role works under the guidance of experienced team members and management to support day-to-day IT operations. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
