Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management the Talent Management Partner will collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders across The Jackson Laboratory, ensuring the organization has the right people, skills, and talent plans to achieve its mission. This role combines workforce planning, performance management, and career development with a focus on designing and implementing scalable talent solutions for the organization. This position will play a critical role in advancing our Talent Management portfolio by developing, monitoring, and executing programs within our annual talent framework in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HRBPs, and business leaders.
