Our platform powers productivity for millions of users worldwide, and as we continue our aggressive growth, this role will be instrumental in driving Slack's invoice growth goals through strategic field marketing and demand generation initiatives.About the RoleWe're seeking a Sr. Marketing Co-ordinator to drive Slack Invoice Marketing program delivery across Slack's highest priority operating units in the Americas. The candidate we're looking for will be highly analytical, able to hit the ground running with lots of energy, passion for flawless customer experiences, and an excellent collaborator. This role sits at the intersection of Slack's Go-to-Market Centre of Excellence, Slack's executive leadership team and Salesforce's Executive Marketing team. You'll have direct exposure to C-suite executives working on the most strategic accounts and events that drive Slack's revenue growth.This role is critical to supporting our aggressive growth plans for Slack through seamless integration into Salesforce's executive customer events as well as delivering Slack-led customer events. You will drive new pipeline by ensuring that Slack's executive-relevant value proposition is prominently featured at Dreamforce, in World Tours, Innovation Days, and TDX events as well as project manage these complex multi-day events within our team. You'll also accelerate our large deal pipeline by supporting the Slack executive marketing team in running Slack executive marketing events for our most strategic customers.As part of this team, you'll be operating at the highest levels-shaping executive programming, influencing major events like Dreamforce and World Tours, and directly impacting large-deal pipeline for one of the world's most beloved workplace collaboration platforms. You'll work alongside Slack's executive leadership team and collaborate across the entire Salesforce ecosystem, giving you visibility and influence that's rare for this level. You'll be part of a team that's transforming how millions of people work every day-with cutting-edge marketing technology, talented colleagues across the globe, and real opportunities to grow within Salesforce's marketing organization.Key Responsibilities1. Executive Program Strategy & Leadership
  • Strategic planning with C-suite alignment
  • Executive event programming (CxO roundtables, innovation sessions)

2. Salesforce Event Integration & Amplification
  • Slack executive content & host integration in AMER World Tours
  • Detailed invitation & registration tracking
  • Project management & executive calendar strategy for Slack's executive presence in Salesforce's largest strategic events
  • Communications with broader field marketing and sales teams to amplify strategic events
3. Customer Experience & Engagement
  • Slack executive event program execution
  • Slack priority account event nomination management
4. Cross-functional Leadership & Operations
  • Marketing operations excellence and automation
  • Detailed top account support and event presence tracking
  • Team collaboration across Slack Executive & Top Account Marketing, Slack's Centre of Excellence, Slack's executive leadership team and Salesforce's executive marketing team
  • Innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Budget and vendor management
What You BringRequired Experience & Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or similar GTM role in tech/SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success in program management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets
Technical Proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint), and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau
  • Understanding of campaign management and lead tracking systems
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tools and strategies
Core Competencies
  • Strong program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and products
  • Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and buyer personas
  • Experience supporting executive-level customer engagements
Location, Reporting & Travel RequirementsThis role can be based in various US cities and reports to the Sr. Director of Executive Marketing of Slack Global Invoice Growth team. This role requires an estimated 25% travel within US markets to support Slack's growth initiatives, attend strategic events, and collaborate with regional teams. This includes onsite participation in select World Tours, Industry Cloud Summits, Slack Innovation Summits and other key events across Slack's priority executive events.
